For this example, we have added two more ticket fields \u2013 \u2018Priority\u2019 and \u2018Status\u2019. To add new ticket fields to the form, navigate to Settings &gt; Admin &gt; Ticket Forms tab and choose the \u2018Create Ticket\u2019 form in the Support Bot.<\/p><p>Now, simply drag and drop the desired fields from the left-hand side onto the list on the right.
