These are the steps to do so:<\/p><p>Copy and paste the Support Portal URL for your helpdesk into your browser, and you will be taken to the login page.<\/p><p>Your support team would have <a href=\"https:\/\/help.desk365.io\/en\/articles\/how-to-configure-customer-support-portal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">configured how the end-users can use the Support Portal.<\/a> The different options are:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #54595f;\">Using Microsoft 365 only<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #54595f;\">Using Email only<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #54595f;\">Allow all users to use either Microsoft 365 or Email<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>For the \u2018Using Microsoft 365 only\u2019 option, choose \u2018Sign in using Microsoft 365\u2019 if your organization is integrated with Microsoft 365.
