Allowing contacts to close tickets in certain cases may become necessary.<\/p><p>Sometimes, the contacts may figure out the solution on their own or the ticket may be left unclosed for a resolved issue. In these cases, they don&#8217;t require the agent&#8217;s to address the queries further, and they ask the agents to close the ticket for them.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desk365.io\/\">Desk365<\/a>\u00a0offers the option of allowing contacts to close tickets themselves, so they don&#8217;t have to rely on agents every time they create a ticket for issues that has been resolved by the agents or on their own.
